DescriptionGuests enjoy a total of almost 3800 square feet in these two beautiful townhomes. Both townhomes have been updated within the last few years and have many beautiful upgrades.
Each spacious townhome is beautifully appointed with all new furniture and bedding throughout. Koa Resort has tennis courts, a Large HEATED Swimming Pool (one of the biggest pools in the area) and a hot tub. There is also a Cabana (w/ WIFI), ping pong table, and a shuffleboard court. In 2F, King Beds are featured in the en-suite Master Bedroom and the upstairs Suite. A queen-size Murphy bed is located in the Loft Bedroom.

In 2A, California King Beds and Flat screen TVs are featured in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom, an airy loft, features two twin beds and a private balcony. The living room features all new furnishings, a 52 inch HDTV, HiDef Cable TV and a Bluray DVD Player.
Each vacation home has Split-air Air Conditioning cooling the living room and bedrooms (Note: 2 of the bedrooms in 2A do not have A/C vents, but there are ceiling fans throughout.) Each lanai opens up to a beautiful grassy area and the swimming pool is just steps away from 2A's lanai!
